Marc is a Lawyer and Certified Family Mediator in Ontario. He is skilled in mediation and non-adversarial approaches to family disputes, however when matters cannot be resolved through mediation, Marc is a fierce and effective advocate who works tirelessly and passionately for his clients with empathy and understanding.

Marc has several years of experience in family matters, including high conflict, high complexity, high net worth, and criminal conduct. He is skilled at simplification, taking approaches that are cost effective while preserving wellness and quality of life for his clients through a difficult time.

With an educational background that includes an MBA, Master’s in Research, Master’s of Engineering, Doctorate in Decision Science, and Juris Doctor, Marc brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to family law. Marc specializes in resolving high conflict, high complexity cases with a unique blend of strategic thinking, empathy, and assertiveness.

When not practicing law, Marc is a professor, and is active in sports and learning, as well as enjoying all that BC has to offer since his 2023 move from Toronto.

Called to the bar on November 4, 2024, Mark is passionate about serving his clients with diligence and professionalism. He brings a strong work ethic and a client-centered approach to every case, ensuring tailored solutions for each unique situation.

With a wealth of experience in family law and probate, Liana skillfully handles high-conflict and emotionally charged cases, delivering effective solutions that safeguard her clients’ interests while minimizing stress and costs. Her diverse background in conveyancing, litigation (including criminal and civil matters), and experience in public sector legal affairs provides her with a unique perspective on intricate legal issues.

Liana earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi before completing her postgraduate studies at the Kenya School of Law. She also received specialized leadership training and certifications from Daystar University, equipping her with a distinctive blend of legal insight and strategic acumen.
